After months of work on site in close collaboration with the client and architect, we are proud to have completed this house in Estepona where traditional and contemporary styles merge.
Molinza has done the complete construction of the house, including the execution of interior design and decoration. To do this, we have had a team of experts and consultants, masons, electricians, plumbers and plasterers, who make up the fundamental core of our company.
The house is set over two levels with a common void that generates spaces with different character. Designed to have both private and social uses, on the first level is located the common social area, which has a double height and high windows to maintain an excellent thermal comfort internally.
The second floor is the private area including bedrooms, dressing rooms and bathrooms, which is qualified by a feature lattice window that allows natura light and ventilation.
